Vezzi Portio

Vezzi Portio is made up of four small villages of Magnone, San Giorgio, San Filippo and Portio in the hinterland of Noli.

The landscape is charact- erised by olive grooves and vineyards. Since the villages lie approx. 220 m above sea level, one also gets a fascinating view over the landscape and the sea from many positions.

There is a church with a belfry in all villages, which characterize the villages. In addition, the surrounding steep rocks offer optimal conditions for free climbers.

Mrs. Giuseppa Piscitello lives in the small village of Magnone, hidden behind farmers’ houses (Azienda Agricola Piscitello Giuseppa, Borgata Magnone 10, Tel.: +393287030572/+39019742401), and personally produces exceptionally delicious honey which is sold in the surrounding shops under the label „Pollupice“. Moreover she has her own herd of sheep and hence also produces very excellent cheese by herself.
