The apartment complex \"San Sebastiano\" is located above the small town of \"Bergeggi\" which boasts a fantastic sea view. The apartment is well lit and furnished with everything you could wish for or need. The terrace is perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of an invigorating day. The delights of Ligurian cuisine are conveniently located nearby at the renowned restaurant in the \"Hosteria San Sebastiano\". The swimming-pool is only 80 metres away and is entirely at your disposal. You can reach the 900 m distant sandy beaches via a footpath leading down, and during the months of July through to the end of August a shuttle bus will take you from the residence to the sandy beach.

The old romantic fishertown of Bergeggi is known for its grottos, sandy beaches and its culinary delights. It is said to be one of the nicest parts of the Ligurian Riviera.



A drive along the famous coastal street, the Via Aurelia, will unveil many sights. From Capo Vado there is a great view of the privately owned island, which is great for diving and snorkeling.





There are many historical buildings, walls and parts of the city that are worthy of visiting such as the "Torre d' Ere" and "Torre Rovere" which were built in the middle ages and used to defend the cities against the advances of the Saracens.

As far as the culinary delights go, look no further than “Claudio”, the best fish restaurant on the whole Riviera, or for something more indigenous try “Hosteria” in the neighboring town of Borgo San Sebastiano.

Noli, Albenga en Ventimiglia waren erg interessant om te bezoeken en in deze plaatsen hebben wij ook heerlijk gegeten. Genua vonden wij ook de moeite waard, met name het oude historische centrum. Een boottocht in de haven is leuk om de hele skyline van de stad te zien. Het privéstrandje van het hotel vonden wij erg benauwend. De stoelen stonden vrij dicht op elkaar en ver van de zee. Wij hebben hier dan ook maar éénmaal gebruik van gemaakt. Maar last but not least: onze complimenten, want ondanks een paar minpuntjes was onze vakantie zeer geslaagd en we komen zeker nog een keer terug naar de prachtige Bloemenriviera.
